The long expected rain has arrived and things are cooling down thankfully – its been hot and humid which is a sticky situation.

This morning I wanted to do a walk but because it was raining, and I did’nt fancy getting drenched, I took my umbrella with me.

I did a 4 mile walk. The umbrella was partially successful – I still got wet but not as wet as I would have without the umbrella.

Update on my monthly walking target – still a good way to go but I am confident that I will meet it.
